Whether you’re planning a small meeting, a multi-day conference, or an intimate wedding, Chef Tom and his team are sure to please your taste buds! Our culinary team consistently delivers delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner options in our onsite kitchen. Our menu is replete with buffet style meals, served dishes, a la carte selections, and even “breaks” for those lengthier meetings when you might need one.

Whatever your food needs, you’ll find our menu to be delightfully different than traditional convention centers. Vegetarians, vegans, or attendees with special diets? Not a problem. Our culinary team will happily accommodate your guests! And if there’s something that’s not on the menu, just contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Meet Our Executive Chef,

Tom Schilling

Chef Tom has over 40 years of experience in the food service industry and he’s served as our Executive Chef since 2013. As an eleven year old, he began working in a small town diner as a dishwasher and breakfast potato cook which sparked his passion for cooking. After college, Chef Tom joined the US Military where he attended culinary school at the Army Quartermaster School in Fort Lee Virginia. Chef Tom is an Honorably discharged Army veteran who has attended the Culinary Institute and has received both military and private culinary awards, including the Army’s most prestigious honor, the Philip A. Connelly Award for Excellence In Food Service. 

Prior to serving as the Executive Chef here, Chef Tom worked at The Deli Restaurant, The Nittany Lion Inn, and The Penn Stater. Fun fact about Tom: he has a wife, Susan, and eight children - Tabor, Tierney, Tobiah, Tylo, Tovin, Tracer, Tage and Tolson - many of whom help him in the kitchen!
